Here comes another indictment.  I wonder who it will be this time?

U.S. indictment of elected official expected

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago said it will hold a press conference at 2 p.m. today to announce public corruption charges. Sources say it is expected to be an indictment of an elected official.

The Tribune is not identifying the person because he has not been officially charged yet.

Details to come.

Why can’t we have a hugh tea party and demand his credentials? Then he can be taken out in hand cuffs and arrested like he needs to be.
I just had a disturbing phone conversation with my obot daughter. I can’t get anywhere with her. She did say she would read about the laws passed and the ones in congress now if I send her links to them. She won’t read anything that is in one of my blogs. I’ll have to try to find links to them. She’ll still find some way to defend what BO is doing.

I’ll bet it is Jessie Jackson Jr. The apple don’t fall far from the tree.

  3. Mary Ellen says:

Chicago has so many corrupt government politicians that another indictment is just a yawn around here. When Fitzgerald goes after the real criminals like Mayor Daley, Lisa Madigan, John Cullerton, and Senator James DeLeo (just to name a few) THEN I’ll be impressed. He’s just dancing around the real crooks (mob) because he’s afraid if he actually goes after the guys I mentioned above, he’ll be wearing cement shoes and going for a stroll in the middle of the Chicago River.

  4. Another question might be:

what will this media smokescreen be hiding?
