The Lawsuit That May Have Standing….Suing Congress!

I have been waiting for this story to break and now it has.  From WND:

Congress sued to remove prez from White House; Defendants had to ensure the Constitution is upheld.

A new lawsuit is challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, and this one targets Congress as a defendant for its “failure” to uphold the constitutional demand to make sure Obama qualified before approving the Electoral College vote that actually designated him as the occupant of the Oval Office.

The new case raises many of the same arguments as dozens of other cases that have flooded into courtrooms around the nation since the November election.

It is being brought on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. and names as defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

The new case was launched in New Jersey

, and focuses on the alleged failure in Congress to follow the Constitution.

That document, the lawsuit states, “provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate ‘elected’ by the Electoral College Electors.”

Will this actually be heard, seen, taken seriously; probably not, but it was the right thing to do.  I think we should start a class-action suit against Congress for negligence.  What say you?

I found this over at That’s Me On The Left and thought I would share it with you.  From RaceForTheTruth

  1. Diamond Tiger, good work! Count me in on a class action lawsuit. I have many family and friends who I’m sure would be a part.

Didn’t you hear? Congress has an excuse. Their excuse is that none of the courts found the lawsuits had validity, including the Supremes.

Well, the Democratic National Party had four to eight years to get their plans together. Unfortunately they knew not what they did.

Don’t think Congress can be legally sued, we can hope. Prince Alwaleed bin Talal must be laughing his a$$ off.

well this may explain why the Democratic National Headquarters was on my site yesterday looking at BC articles.

It should be easy to get rid of Obama. He’s a criminal. But how do we dismantle the horrible billionaires network behind him? Your Socialism study is wonderful, but incomplete. We need to have a focus on protecting the constitution. Let everyone branch out from there as they wish, but unite in saving the constitution.

Rip – I am sure you know that I don’t write everything that I find.

    Diamond 😉

Count me in! You know how I feel! I didn’t like Clinton when he was elected because he had never served in the military. He screwed the veterans while he in office. We lost the best chance to fix the VA system when Jesse Brown quit! Obama is the same as Bill was, he doesn’t like the military or veterans! Kick the motherf$$ker out!

I’ve been following every one of these cases since he started running and I’ve watched them all fall flat. I HOPE this one will be different and that Congress will actually want to do their job. It would be a nice CHANGE.

Let me know what to do, when the time comes.

  8. Diamond Tiger says:

Cats – this one isn’t going to go anywhere either – but it will serve it’s purpose. Stay tuned…. 🙂

Hey y’all – did you notice that Gold jumped $24 today?

We need to make an example of these clowns to prevent this from happening again
