Thomas Jefferson Said….

Remember this?

All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.

Thomas Jefferson

It has been unanimous among family, friends and contemporaries that The Monster cannot stop researching, writing, and exposing the corruption that is now so blatantly thrown in our faces each day by the newsprint and the talking heads.  Is the corruption real?  A better question would be, “How many of you trust your government to walk in the light and do the right thing?”

…That is what I thought…

On New Year’s Eve I posted the first part of “America’s Economic Collapse” and the visitors started showing up.  As the series progressed, more and more people that should not care one iota about this little blog started coming by on a regular basis.  The Pentagon, Andrews Airforce Base, the Navy, the House and the Senate were already regulars because of The One’s birth certificate issue, but now the Monster was adding major banks and investment firms from all over the world; Deutsche Bank, UBS, and Lehman Bros. to name a few.  I have no idea about the blog etiquette when it comes to speaking about who visits, but when Halliburton and their subsidiary KBR showed up, I had to catch my breath and think about the safety of my family.  You see, I have not trusted our government for a very, very, long time.  I am a firm believer in actions; not words, and the actions of our government have been suspect for a very long time.

I had learned that the Council on Foreign Relations had published “Building A North American Community” in May 2005 about opening the borders and allowing people and goods to move freely between Canada, America, and Mexico.  Why then would KBR, in 2006, be awarded a $385 Million contract from Homeland Security to build detention centers for an influx of illegal Mexican immigrants?  How many of you know that the Council on Foreign Relations was started by “Fed Reserve System” guru, Paul Warburg?  How many of you know that Halliburton was started with capital from Lehman Brothers?

I could go on for days, and I guess I will be doing just that.  So….for all my “esteemed” visitors; welcome, pull up a chair and get comfortable, or uneasy as the case may be.  We still have free speech for at least a little while…

********

On the eve of this historic inauguration, I ask that all American Patriots watch the marketed spectacle so that the memory of the shredding of our Constitution and the distress of our Republic will remain fresh in your memories in the coming days and weeks.  After the visitors I have had, the Supreme Court’s refusal to hear the ineligibility cases, the COWARDICE of the Congress’ and Electoral Colleges’ asking for a $10 BC, and the coverup/scrubbing of The One’s past, I am more than convinced that Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro is not eligible, NOR WORTHY, to be OUR PRESIDENT, and as such, when the truth be known, we will have seen our darkest days yet.  The One is trying so hard to convince America and the World that he is real, tangible, sincere, (i.e. Lincoln Everything), yet he knows that he is not, and the blatant prostitution to win our sacred White House is evidence of his plastic Jesus insincerity.  The One is not my president and shall never be my president.  Our Country and our Constitution is NOT about one man.  It is not about the Congress or Supreme Court.  America IS us. Our Constitution is about American Citizens governing themselves and electing responsible human beings to serve the people, not sending posers to Washington, DC to do what “they think is best”.  I do not and will not support this “president”.  This one man is his policies and his cronies; nothing more.  I stand with our Constitution; I stand with American Citizens that have seen how far we have fallen because our elected officials ignored the people who have built this country, and worse still, those important pieces of paper that our Founding Fathers wrote, and then proceeded to fight and die for.

I will weep tomorrow for what has been lost, but I will also be re-energized in the belief and commitment to every American that is in love with our country and our Constitution, and who realizes that our government has gone way beyond the pale with the purchase of the presidency and just more power for a select few, and who are willing to FIRE Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the rest of the Congress for Gross Negligence against the Constitution and American Citizens.

With all of that laid out before you, I go back to my hero; the Founding Father that has given me the strength to overcome my fears and take up the pen again; Thomas Jefferson who brilliantly stated:

All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.

In matters of style, swim with the current; in matters of principle,

stand like a rock.

It is error alone which needs the support of government. Truth can stand by itself.

  2. Thank you, Diamond! You are doing the right thing!

I stand with you and our constitution.

Today I shall fly the flag of the USA upside down at half staff to honor my father and every other American who has served our country and upheld their oaths.

Tomorrow I shall go back to flying my “Stars & Bars” & “Don’t Tread on Me” flags alternately high & proud. I will never acknowledge that man as my president.

God bless you, & God bless America!

As one who loves the flag, this country and the Constitution more than life itself (I would die for our freedom still today) I am proud yet humbled by this piece, I too will stand strong. I stand shoulder to shoulder with all of you.

My flag is ready to be tired. It hangs from the front porch in tatters. And that is how i will fly today.

    I will never be silenced….I never have…

And tomorrow I will weep tears for the land I and people I valiantly served in the Navyfor….I will remember the days of yore…

Welcome back, Diamond! You are not alone; you have an army to stand with you and fight to reclaim this country.

Other Thomas Jefferson quotes that I think apply right now:

Enlighten the people generally, and tyranny and oppressions of body and mind will vanish like evil spirits at the dawn of day.

I hope we shall crush in its birth the aristocracy of our monied corporations which dare already to challenge our government to a trial by strength, and bid defiance to the laws of our country.

No government ought to be without censors; and where the press is free no one ever will.

Whenever a man has cast a longing eye on offices, a rottenness begins in his conduct.

Diamond, our Gem of Cyberspace, I kid you not when I say that my hair stood on end and my skin prickled when I read your post today. I am deeply honored to know you…your brains and courage are unparalleled and I know that T. Jefferson, your hero and mine, smiles down upon you…umm…unless…you aren’t by any chance our Thomas reincarnated…!

Having forced myself to blog today after some days in seclusion, I posted before reading yours, else yours would have been my headline. I now depart to edit and place your post in full view for the world to see, as the best way to defeat the Darkness is to shine the Light upon it.

    Yrs &c.,

You all honor me with your kind words. Yes – “the best way to defeat the Darkness is to shine the Light upon it”. You will see more light and inspiration in the coming days. My little break has done me well….

  9. Thank God you are back; I so missed you!

  10. diamond…trot your arse right over to ace of spades and read the comments about wide load’s dress. you will laugh like you haven’t laughed in years….

and ,seriously, we all need a big laugh today because the battle begins tomorrow.

Oh, how happy I am to find you’re back in the fight! Let’s deal with the reality that Obama is president. It isn’t easy to understand his agenda because it’s hidden behind the facade of his cabinet appointments. Look to his second tier to understand the real agenda. I’m quite concerned.

Welcome back. I,too, have been among the missing, due to all sorts of exotic reasons. And yes you are right, we must never be silent; dissent is the highest form of patriotism.

(btw, my wife is heading to Hawaii on biz; since neither of us have been there– got any tips on what to avoid? [she’ll probably be visiting quilt shops in the city])

  13. yoda says:

If you knew the truth about Thomas Jefferson, the corruption goes further back than you know. They were theives. I say give Barack a chance and do as we are…stay involved. This man has a long history like we all do. I don’t see a trend of corruption nor violence in his history.

  14. Diamond Tiger says:

Yoda – I do know about T.J. – I also know that he was against slavery and originally had the abolition of slavery in the Declaration of Independence, but it was nixed by the rest of the Founding Fathers – who actually did do something.

As for Bambi? He has not done anything to deserve your devotion, and has no history that he wants to reveal….too many hidden unknown factors, too many convenient deals for me to even think about trusting him…but you get on with giving him a chance and tell me how that works out for you, in say, 2-3 months. Remember FISA? If not, do the research…

Also, Yoda – a message from the Lemur:

“Stop drinking the koolaid, stay away from the whiskey and let that damn cocaine be! Furthermore, heroin and LSD did not cloud my judgement enough to buy into this f***ing b*llsh*t!!! You bin hyp-mo-tyed!”

  15. The Watcher says:

How nice. Such positive energy. Such love. Such cluelessness.

  16. The Watcher says:

T.J. done loved him some Sally Hemmings!

  17. terence yorga says:

Thanks Watcher. Hey, I like the part about being against slavery…didn’t TJ have slaves? and was having sex with one of them?

  18. Diamond Tiger says:

Ah, I see Yoda had to bring someone along to help him fight his battles.

Okay boys – have either of you really done your home work on Jefferson and Hemmings besides the sex? Why don’t you get right on that and get back to me. As for the Bambi Koolaid – wow, what a hangover you guys are gonna have soon…how about those drones in Pakistan killing 15 people including children – change? and can either of you tell me which passport Barry Soetoro used to go to Pakistan when Americans weren’t allowed to travel there? Guesses?

  19. navyvet48 says:

Terence your imbecilic comments about TJ as fine a patriot as I have studied remind of your president and fraud that now reside in government housing. How fitting! Did you know that Obama thinks China is manipulating our currency? I didn’t think so! Go listen to your president I think you will be surprised when you realize he is out of his league! He is going to get tough on China…China no longer buys our debt…we print more money….what do you think happens then?

At any rate I am slightly off topic…what you two make me realize that neither you guys or Obama are students of history. As a matter of fact Obama is so bad at history he made his first gaffe during his inaugural speech! So I guess you two must be following the right leader!

See for yourself: The new president of the United States said in his inaugural address that “Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath.”

That’s wrong. Forty-three Americans, including Obama, have taken the oath of office.

One president, Grover Cleveland, served two terms, separated by Benjamin Harrison’s. Cleveland is counted as both the 22nd and the 24th president. (To be fair, Cleveland was probably big enough to count as two separate people, judging by the paintings.)

It was a small mistake, and one a swooning press will easily ignore.

But it does say something about the man. He’s been running for this particular office for a long time. Couldn’t he or his staff have figured out how many people had held it before?

A real student of history would catch this in a heart beat.

Slowly rise from your chair and quit drinking the swill, the affects of the koolaid will wear off soon. I promise the withdrawal symptoms won’t last long.

  20. terenceyorga says:

a visit to Montecello revealed many things so who really knows what the truth was. it is quite apparent to me that there will always be people fighting over politics. i won’t fight with you. i have better things to do with my time. i have good feelings about this man we now call President and i will support him. i have faith that things will get better and i will do what i can to help my neighbors and fellow citizens. you can say your insults about how i am naive and an imbecile. it is proven that those words are more destructive to you than they are to me. the things we know about any person who we have not met are all second hand opinions. i have to go with my gut on things as i always do. and how is that working for me you ask? well, i’d say pretty good. i refuse to become a victim like many who have to complain about something. i liked W but thought he was weak and a bit too average. Obama is educated and says many good things. he is trying to do what he says. i will give him that till he does otherwise. then he will be held accountable for his actions. i am happy and not stupid. sometimes ignorant but who can i believe? everyone has their own story and there are so many different ones…who do you believe? everyone wants to be right!…some, however, need to be…and then some just need to be happy. what will you choose? me? i want to help others and that makes me happy. 🙂 probably won’t be back here…and please, if you know so much then get involved and run for office and go fix these problems yourself. Obama says he wants to clean up gov’t. don’t you want that too? open door policies and people working together rather than fighting to be right and getting their own agendas passed. please people stop fighting and start working together to see the good in each other. how can people change if you look at them with the same old eyes you always have? i look at you as a smart individual who knows alot. some of it could be wrong…i don’t know but fighting isn’t working. i didn’t come here to rant so i will leave you your blog back.
